Everybody knows Irving Berlin’s songs but nowadays no one knows Irving Berlin. Confusing right? He was born in 1888 and lived until he was 101 in 1989! He wrote countless songs and you probably know several without knowing he wrote them. How about “White Christmas”? “God Bless America”?   “Puttin on the Ritz”? “I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm”?
