hey uncovered the technique. Think of breathing the way you use breath to calm your body when you're anxious, think yoga, think meditation. Inhale deep breaths from the mouth and bring that breath deep into your abdomen. Exhale using your abdominal muscles to control how quickly you exhale. Suddenly you feel calmer, right? Well, breath for singing is much like that. Sounds easy right? Yet there is more to it if you're a singer. Keep that chest expanded! Tighten you legs! Tighten your buttocks! Your lower body should be strong and form like the trunk of a tree.
